Postage/Returns

POSTAGE

We currently use Royal Mail to deliver all of our products. We have a fixed fee of £2.99 per order however big or small the order is. We only send your purchases via 1st class recorded delivery  which can take between 24-48 hours to arrive. WE ALSO HAVE SOME PRODUCTS ONLINE THAT HAVE MULTI BUY OPTIONS WITH FREE POST where this code is used your whole order becomes free of postage charge.

Recorded delivery requires a signature on delivery , if you are not at home to receive the parcel it will then need to be collected from your nearest post office collection centre. We are happy for you to add a work place or second address for your purchase to be delivered to if this is more convenient for you.

Each purchase we post via Royal Mail will have a unique tracking code , if your parcel does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time please contact us for the tracking number and we can chase it up for you. Please be aware royal mail do not class a parcel as missing until it has not arrived for 10 days.

Orders made before 3pm Monday to Friday will be posted the same day. Orders on a Saturday , Sunday or Bank holiday will be posted the next working week day.

Certain offers on this site come with free postage on Multiple purchases so keep your eyes open for these and remember to add the code at the checkout.

 For the cheeky people out there that try and use the codes on the wrong products or wrong purchases we will hold your order and send an additional payment request. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been made.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER

As with every online company you are covered by the online and distance selling regulations. What this means in short is you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Because we endevour to get all orders out in a short period of time we need to advise you that once an item has been purchased it is your responsibilty and cost to send the unopened purchase back to us within 14 days of your purchase. You must also advise us in writing via email or the contact us section immediately when you decide to cancel. As soon as your purchase has been opened you will be unable to cancel your order. This does not apply to liquids and will only apply to liquids where we have sent the wrong strength or flavour.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Should our products arrive and not work out of the box please contact us for a replacement product. Due to the nature of most products being sealed it is impossible for us to check all products before they are posted. Please feel free to ask us at the time of purchase to open and check a product if you wish. All faulty products will need to be returned to the store via royal mail recorded delivery packaged well. We will inspect all products as soon as they arrive back instore and those deemed faulty will be replaced and we will repay the postage costs of you returning them. Please not all clearomizers are deemed dead on arrivale due to thier consumable nature however if we are notified with in 72 hours of you recieving a product we will replace the product.

Products returned with warranty faults must be deemed to be in as reasonable condidtion as possible to what it was originally sold in. Products showing signs of misuse and clearly not looked after do not fall into this catorgory.

As a company we are bound by each individual manufacturers warranties.
